How to find a service provider?
To find a service provider:
- Use the search bar on the homepage
- Enter the type of service you need (e.g., "plumber")
- Filter by city if necessary
- Check profiles and reviews
- Contact the provider directly
How to create a request?
To create a request:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Dashboard"
- Click on "Create a request"
- Fill in the form with details
- Submit - matching providers will be notified
How to leave a review?
To leave a review:
- Go to the provider's profile
- Click on "Leave a review"
- Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars
- Write a comment (optional)
- Submit
Note: You can only leave one review per provider.
How to use messaging?
To send a message:
- On a provider's profile, click "Send a message"
- Write your message
- Send
You will receive a notification when the provider responds.
